Foshan Huitai Melting Furnace is a complete centralised aluminium melting furnace where it incorporate melting and holding "6 in 5" system. The solid aluminium material is charge to the tower of the furnace by a lifting charger. The unmelted material is eliminated as the tower has specific melting hearth section. the aluminium molten is then stored at the holding chamber. the molten temperature is maintained by a holding burner. Due to a large holding chamber capacity, the furnace will offer a great advantage as it can dispersing a large quantity of molten at any time required.
The Melting Furnace is most suitable for centralised melting at a rate of 1t/h to 3t/h. Only the best selected refractories and insulaton are used for building this furnace especially the dry hearth area where the impact of the solid aluminium comes to contact with the dry hearth during charging. a selection of diesel, natural gas or both combination of burner could be fitted into the Melting Furnace to the customer requirement. The fully automated of the control system will ensure that the molten level to be maintained at optimum level set at all time. it is due to the modutrol motor controlling the melting burner where it receive a signal from the level sensor stating the molten level at that point.
