Ensuring customers achieve the best energy consumption indicators,the energy consumption（Nm3/T.Al）of Foshan Huitai proprietary regenerative combustion system is less than 58 Nm3/t-Al (For pure aluminum ingots, temperature of molten aluminum 720℃).
The structure of Foshan Huitai ceramic ball has been improved greatly compared with the traditional type. We use the ball made by mullite stone, with centre hole and groove on the ball. Not only increase the heat transfer area, but also prevent the blocking of the heat storage body, therefore, the replacement cycle of ceramic ball is extended while making a smaller regenerative box compared with traditional type.
Foshan Huitai proprietary three-way reversing mechanism and unique control technology. It can make up the old problem (the furnace pressure fluctuation is too big) of regenerative combustion system when we reverse.
Foshan Huitai has the proprietary techonoloy frequency conversion induced draught system to ensure slight positive pressure control technology of the furnace body.
