Uzbekistan client bought 25 tons aluminum melting and casting line

In 27 November 2015, AKFA GROUP from Uzbekistan purchased 25 tons melting and aluminum casting line from us. They use natural gas as fuel for the manufacturing process of aluminum rod with 5 inches, 7 inches, 9 inches and length 6 meters. After understanding their needs, we proposed a 25 tons melting and casting line scheme as well as the price quotation for our customer reference. We had follow-up contact with our customer via WeChat and email. After few amendments on the proposed scheme, they made a purchase order with us 6 months later.

• One refining tank
• One wire feeder
• One ash separator
• Melting furnace charging machine
• Few auxiliary equipment purchased additionally by customer

In 25 August 2016, our customer's melting and casting workshop carry out production officially. 

The melting and casting workshop undergoes normal operation until today.
