ALUMINUM MELTING & HOLDING FURNACES
We offer Aluminum Melting & Holding Furnaces in various models as per the application of the client. These furnaces will be tilting or stationary. Furnaces with small dry hearth can be offered for clean automotive scraps. Aluminum scraps are charged through side door with the help of charging machine or manually and after melting, dross removal and fluxing molten metal can also be discharged through tapping spout.

It is mostly supplied where the Aluminum scrap to be charged is bigger in size. Generally for tense scrap Aluminum melting furnace is suggested. It is also available with gas fired & oil fired. Capacity range - 5 tons to 25 tons, fuel with – natural gas, LPG, oil, Burner - Oil fired/ gas fired/ Dual fuel burners Heating & Pumping unit – 3KW to 9KW depending on the capacity of furnace Blower - 5 Hp to 30 Hp depending on the capacity of burners Burner make - HUITAI make depending on clients requirement Blower make - HUITAI make Refractory lining - 495 mm from side walls Refractory quality used - High alumina bricks ranging from 40% to 70% depending on the model Pouring - Through hydraulics door movement - through hydraulic (From 5 tons capacity on wards only).
