The Huitai Mold Table Mounting System provides rigid mounting support for the mold table. Each system is specifically designed and engineered to fit existing or newly ordered mold tables. Several types of mounting systems are available depending upon customer needs and casthouse requirements.
LHC
The high quality ingots produced with Huitai LHC™ molds yield significant savings in scalping and edge trimming operations. LHC also allows increased casting speeds and significant reductions in lubricant consumption compared to conventional DC casting.

The Huitai Epsilon™ Ingot Casting System for Aerospace Alloys is an advanced, specialized technology designed specifically to cast strong alloys for aerospace, military, and commercial applications.
Epsilon
The Epsilon™ mold is robust and easy-to-use upgrade from Huitai conventional Water Hole mold ingot technology and is designed to allow operation metal levels that result in improved cast surface quality.
Huitai VariMold™ Technology allows aluminum producers to cast high quality ingot in a variety of widths using a single mold. Using the Huitai LHC technology VariMold also improves ingot quality and recoveries, and minimizes oil use.
Water Hole Mold
The Huitai Water Hole ingot mold is a versatile platform that has been used for direct chill casting of aluminum sheet ingot world-wide for decades. Straightforward implementation and lower investment are attributes of this mold technology.
